How would you define value? Is it price, quality, quantity or the piece of mind that comes with knowing that your home was build by true craftsman who appreciate quality and who's every focus is on delivering continued value long after you've moved in. To us, value starts as we work with the various developers and government agencies in planning the location, layout and specifications for the neighborhoods we intend to build. We are not content to be a spot builder, and rather than trying to incorporate our values into a hodge podge project, we develop our own so that we can ensure the quality and the specifications of the homes that are to be built from conception to the final completion of the neighborhood. We then design original plans tuned to the specific lifestyle attributes of a proposed neighborhood and incorporate materials and amenities that not only inspire today, but will create a sense of quality and pride for years to come. For example, all of our homes offer timeless craftsman architecture and are sided with James Hardie cement siding for superior durability and color range that will look as good decades from now as it does today. Our projects offer greater green spaces and more extensive landscaping, hardscaping and outdoor living spaces than are required by code, because we want the quality of the experience to be just as meaningful outside of your new home as it is inside.
